You can share everything you want. We are a surportive community and there is no judgement here (at least not in my knowledge).

Take your time. We are all here for similar reasons, to try and live a sober life. Some folks are really chatty and some of us are quieter. Just say what u are ok saying. There is no pressure here.

You can share as much or as little as you want. Some people find it freeing to figuratively strip naked and share their whole life story straight on. Others don’t. Just look and read around, engage in topics you’re comfortable with.
