My goal is to have no alcohol throughout 2024.
I’m getting a head start and haven’t drank in 2 days so far. I’m having cravings and it will not be easy, but I want to be a better father to my son. I also want to break the cycle in my family, since we’re all alcoholics.
The true goal is to never drink again, It’s time to change…

Good work on 2 days. I have 2 kids that are a big part of my reasoning. For me alcohol had taken over my life and was killing me slowly. Thankfully if we quit now we can turn it around.
