those certainly apply to me as well. i’ll go with

oh shit i thought this was about character flaws and stuff we recognize in ourselves as alcoholics/addicts but not just exclusively cause of drinking/using.
i’d like to change mine in this cause i’m really working hard on my attitude/perspective these days. granted those previously listed are still issues of mine, though now actively addressing them so as to overcome them.
anyhow, to throw a positive spin on things i’ll list these instead
Involved (in my own life, not just numb/drunk)
Sympathetic (i can care about more than myself sober)
Mindfulness (really paying attention to what is happening around me and in my head)

For like the last 2 weeks I’ve only been to one meeting. I need more than that. I know I’m not gonna drink but I feel the difference when I’m not going to meetings at least 3 times a week.
This app helps for sure but it’s just another tool. I have to stay more connected to my Program. I am going tonight and tomorrow to start this week running

But AA is helping me identify these isms and how to cope with them!
