So its been nine days since using coke i currently smoke weed two days out of the week and drink maybe every other day maybe not tho i really want to lower my alcohol intake and even tho weed is not on the reg i dont think i can stop everything at once…any suggestions
you have to do what you feel is best for you. But i think drinking is the worst thing you could be doing if your trying to stop cocaine. Why? Because after a few too many drinks that all too familiar itch is going to be too overwhelming for you to cope with while intoxicated.

I agree 100% with what @Steve92 said; when drinking alcohol, the familiar itch/craving for coke comes into effect. ( for those of us who know the urge).
U right about that im going to try my hardest to give up alcohol
