An ice cold beer sounded really good yesterday. That sneaky devil had me rationalizing again. I did not go through with it.
I like waking up and not feeling like crap. It’s nice not finding an excuse, hiding it, or lying.

Nice work getting through it. I had a similar moment a few days ago but my rational side kicked in and it passed.
