Am I alone with Dreams

Is it just me, or does others on here dream of falling off the wagon just to wake up and be so thankful it was just a dream. Has happened to me a few times now. 81 days clean and no urge just weird ass dreams.

The dream use to really mess up my head. It gave me unwated urges as soon as i opened my eyes.
Its crazy what the subconscious does to each of us.
I find this experience being clean has been the best by far regarding the unwanted dreams…i feel my desire both conscious and subconscious are finally hand and hand, warding off my bad dreams of using!!!
I feel for you, my anxiety goes up just recalling the dreams!!!
I started working my gratitude list while i lay in bed at night, i found this has helped me alot also…i close my eyes and think about what i have written, or read my previous entrys.

@DKoss40 you are not alone. I hate the dreams of consuming. For me are real nightmares and led me with cravings for a while

I definitly get those using them. Sometimes they can be pretty real and when i wake up i actually feel that guilt and shame which throws me for a loop. Takes a few min to wake up and realize that it was just a dream. Thankfully thats all they are… just dreams
