yeah it’s nearly midnight and I’m bouncing., it makes a change to read some new stories I’ve not been on much lately been too busy with real life. How many days you got now, it will upset me but I can take it.

There’s so much on Netflix I haven’t seen. I want to check out that Paul Rudd series. Heard about it on the radio today again. Supposedly really good.

I like snow. We have a “freeze watch” through Thurs. Texas is notorious for overreacting to winter weather. We rarely get snow here. But we get cold rain, sleet and ice on a regular basis during the winter. It’s a little early in the year for a freeze though.
I lived in San Antonio for 4 years. I worked 10pm - 6am on base. The long walks from the parking lot to the Intel compound was a nightmare during ice storms. Gah!

Walking on ice takes its own skill set. Driving on it? I just try to skip all together. Nothing can shut this city down as fast as an ice storm!

We say around here that if you don’t like the weather just wait a few days because it’ll change. 3 days ago it was 30° warmer than today. By the weekend it’ll be warmer again. It’s a weather roller coaster.

Yeah, we work Halloween. Not a national holiday so I work. It’s just another Thursday for me.

Yes! I loved Mindhunter. Ireland is on on our bucket list. I am constantly telling my teens that I now “know” people from all over the world - so we should visit. They are 100% on board!

Ain’t that the truth?!? Drinking hot tea and watching Netflix. Better than being drunk which at this point in the night I would have already have downed a bottle of wine. This is much better.
