Not actually anything to do with alcohol but the title, for me, definitely sums up drink!

Music is healing it’s communication it gives people the exact message they need to hear and someone else a totally different meaning for them at the point there are in there journey. Im a musician so I played music every single day while I was in rehab and It became a very healing thing for the entire group. The feeling of a bunch of broken tired addicts singing together praise and worship or even some old 90s song together is one of the most powerful moments and feelings I’ve ever experienced. Music has gotten me thru so many dark times. Now when I play and sing it’s healing and not only for me. For anyone who wants to hear it and let the spirit take over so they can hear the message thier higher power needs them to be still and listen. Thanks for this post I think music therapy is important it is for me and my recovery! Have a blessed day!

I’m very happy to know you’ve found your passion in life through sobriety. Music is an amazing source of healing and when you are a musician the cosmos is limitless to what can be done and new journeys begin with the emotions that are expressed through writing. Keep up the hard work of sobriety and life will keep creating it’s endless possibilities. Thanks for the share !:metal:
