Anthem of the Day (Part 1)

Weird Rock history fact of the day this song was actually written about a guy who used to play the spoons in downtown Seattle, and the instrumental break that is Spoonman playing the spoons.

He probably still gets nice royalty checks for it till this day

Liking the Soundgarden love in the thread, amazing band. I remember getting Badmotorfinger on cassette when I was maybe 13/14. It blew my little mind.

Yeah man when it comes to rap and being a musician and already having that ear because I’m used to much more complex music, I could immediately hear the layers in Kanyes work when I got into rap, lots of people have sick beats and honestly Dr Dre is the reason why I wound up starting to the whole dance thing I do now with my music, but it was Kanyes layers of sound that made me see you can take something very basic and make it very complex at the exact same time :metal:

Just screenshot your comp,

On windows it’s the Windows Key + Print Screen Key or you can use the snipping tool

On Macs It’s Command + Shift + 3

Save to your photos, upload via your browser of choice via the comp.
