For gifs my easy way is to look 'm up on a gif site like giphy.com or tenor.com and from there share the link to it here. Very simple. You can also download a gif to your phone and upload it here just like a jpg.
The music I share here is all from youtube. Just use the âshareâ button on YT and copypaste it here. If that is clear enough.

If you watch the video his left wrist is casted, they actually painted the cast black to fit the video.
