The entire album this song is from is actually all about the struggle of fighting addiction btw! I think the singer or one of the band members was struggling with alcoholism and then by the time the album was released he achieved sobriety

Yea he is a good artist, his music is bringing me in a good vibe, often listen to it before swimming. Or on long car drives.
And it’s underlining the underwater astetique for me, still having it in my head.
