Wow. This came right out of the blue. I tried putting on my headphones and listening to some meditation music at my desk but the headphones are really bothering me. I think I need to go for a walk!!
Getting outside is a great idea when anxiety sneak attacks. Check in when you are able and let us know you’re ok?
I wasn’t able to go outside but I did walk around the building for a bit. I’m still feeling a little bit off but I’m no longer feeling super shaky.
I remembered that tight hugs always helped my kids when they were flipping out so I put on my hoodie (which is very fitted) and zipped it right up to the chin. It totally helped.
But finally I got some fresh cold air in me and that made a WORLD of difference.
I still feel off but I no longer want to crawl out of my skin.
Tomorrow should be better.
Glad you’re starting to feel better. I hate anxiety! I too suffer from it and it’s a bitch! I went black friday shopping and my anxiety was full force. But it got better! I gotta remember that it’s only temporary and what I’m going through will pass. This too shall pass!
