Anxiety when stopping alcohol and no sleep

Hi guys so I’m on day two of not drinking my sleep last night was horrible COULDNT settle I was thinking all sorts and my anxiety got really bad is this normal and can someone help with advice

It sure is normal. Your body is detoxing, your brain chemistry is off. It’ll get better soon, much better. Drink lots of water, eat well if you can, sleep when you can.

Yep, definitely normal. Its a tough part of the first couple weeks. But watch and youll see that things get better and better every day.

That was the toughest part for me as well. Sleeping was horrible right away but power through it cause it does get better!
