Was a mistake to think I could just have one or two, or mix them up with 0%.
It’s gotta be nil nil nil. Nil drugs and Nil booze. I’m entirely sober besides vape today. Not by choice. But still…woo go me.

Back to 0 days on the booze. I’m slipping up again. Lost that motivation I had earlier experienced. Been feeling pretty mental. My arm is all deformed now and it bring me down daily. I’m back at work and I notice how pathetically weak my arm is and how bad I fucked up to do this to myself.

Doing well thanks Bec. Enjoying sober life and feeling grateful everyday. Coming up on my two years also, feeling good about it; my mind wastes little time thinking about drinking alcohol these days. Feels like a blessing. So glad to hear you’re doing well and strong in your journey
