Anyone trying to stop Marijuana?

Absolutely love that idea of a final goodbye. Almost makes me anxious thinking about doing that, but I definitely think its a brilliant idea.
I definitely agree with getting rid of all my stash. I don’t have too much left, but I do live in a legal state, so I can get some more easily. I think that I will get rid of my stash sooner than later.
I also agree with someone keeping me accountable would be great too. I have a newly sober friend (he didn’t smoke weed, but he did drink) so maybe we can be sober buddies… unless I shouldn’t and just let him focus on his sobriety.

Thank you all for replying! I will take this all to heart

I started smoking in middle school and since then my tolerance was higher and my need for it was even more. I stopped too many times to remember just to go back on it again. Or I’d stop and just do edibles or vapes. Honestly just gifting or throwing away your wraps and pieces helped. And slowly set a goal for myself like today I won’t smoke. I tend to keep myself busy like ubering or mini golfing. Something where I can’t really smoke. Then I continue it the next day. I make a goal for 2 weeks and I just limited my money use. Like okay I can only spend money on food and gas. That helped so much. I’ve been sober for 8 months. I still think about it tho. I do crave it. Today I gave away the only joint I had in my car that I was saving when I “started smoking” again. Dumb ideas to do that. But giving it away felt uplifting. Hope you find piece on your journey. Remember 1 day at a time. I couldn’t find anything to replace it. Only to keep my mind and body busy. The more I was just sitting there the more I felt like I needed it.
