I have no tattoos. I do consider a tiny one. I saw this one online and I’m curious of the location of tattoo is any more or less painful than wrist, thigh etc?

Decided to finally get my full sleeve!! 
I have a half one at my right arm and a big back tattoo as well. A small tattoo on my right shoulder and my right ankle.
Getting a whole arm couvered is on my wishlist for a long time but I was still doubting about it.
But I’m going to make an appointment tomorrow to discuss the design!
