When I make salad dressings I mix ACV with tahini and a little water. It makes it like a creamy dressing.
Does it matter how one gets the ACV into their system. I tried taking it like a shot, i dont want to do that again.
I put on a salad, I still cheat with my ranch dressing.
Hii didn’t see this post!! Yea definitely deluit lol it will hurt your throat! I personally do the morning acv detox tea every am! Acv does soo many good things!! I like to add in the hot water, with cinn and cayanne.. to boost matabalism, and to stabilize blood sugar! the lemon helps with regular poops and it’s ceansing boost immune system! And weight loss.. And the raw honey for removing toxins from the body, and better skin! If u haven’t had this tastes like a spicy apple cider!
Yeah I tried that detox mix and found it awful. It’s the tumeric. I head the apple cider vinegar was good for many things though.
You definitely need to dilute it. It’s acidic so can erode the enamel on your teeth over time. Add 2 tablespoons to a glass of water. I like to add honey to mine. In the winter I love warning mine up and adding a bit of cinnamon and ginger. I also always drink mine with a straw to help protect my teeth. Hope that helps!
The turmeric really doesn’t taste good at all. Sometimes I’ll just mix a spoonful in ice water shoot it down and chase with honey. Like I said before it really helps with inflammation so it’s a small price to pay.
But turmeric is sooooo good for us old folks with arthritis. LOL I put it in a LOT of my foods. Everything I cook seems to be neon yellow.
