My flavor doesnt utilize deities much, but I do perform focused rituals to help me keep on task. I think of it like a very tailored meditation session where I ask for strength outside of myself to stay on track.

That’s wonderful. Thank you for sharing! I love hearing from witches in recovery. I keep my sobriety coins on Archangel Michael’s altar bc I got clean on Michaelmas & I fully believe he protects my sobriety FIERCELY. I regularly work with Archangel Metatron, Archangel Michael, & Saint Anthony. I also just purchased beautiful statues of Lilith & Lucifer. Lilith inspires me to let my dark feminine energy & divine femininity come through & I want to work with Lucifer because I just love his deep love for humanity & I want him to help heal my religious trauma.
