Day 3 My ****** its hard
I just started doing some cycling workouts during my commute home so these wall sits are extra torture.
Day 3 done
Day 4, through the door
Day 4 and some planking done. Not too easy when 2 kittens are playing with whatever they find on your shorts…
Day 4 done.
Wife and two daughters also done.
Day 4!
Ended up going for 35 seconds my SO walked out and joined me 10 seconds in just to make fun of me a little and saying “get swole” so I went longer just to see how long I could get him to keep holding it. He ended up sliding down to the floor and I had to help get him up.

Probably plank was the funniest challenge
I will see where I’m at in PT at the end of the month I might have to do them on the wall but if allowed I’m so down!
I have lil muppet arms recovering from a past bike crash but I will join with modified push ups!
