Not me man. Even in my 20’s I couldn’t keep up with what she does.
It would be a cheat for me to participate. My trainer has me do these for 2 minutes, twice in 10 minutes. Rock hard quads are what you get!

Ok, if you like, no problem of course. But my read on this is the crowd is pretty collaborative and cooperative. If I could pick groups to do a fitness challenge with, I’d choose a group of recovering addicts any day.
