I forgot to do my session yesterday, so no rest day for me!

Day 8 That was hard after all my hiking lol but almost anything can be done for 45 seconds lol
One way I got through cravings, and I get through training and races today, is to remember I can do anything for 15 seconds. Rinse and repeat!

You may be sitting to low and that will put stress on your knee. I have regular knee issues lol
