I’m so tired of relapsing, last night my fiance and I got into an argument, she ended up trying to take her life, CPS removed her daughter from our home. Due to the hospital rules, I’m not allowed to visit. I’m scared, and alone

I am so sorry this is happening to you both. I understand you feel alone. Do you have a meeting you can go to, or support from friends or family? I hope your partner will recover soon.. When are you allowed to see her?

That is very rough! I am so sorry! But I do know one thing , picking up will not solve anything. Fact, it’ll make it much worse. Nobody’s relationship has improved when using drugs or alcohol. Keep the faith!

. It sounds like you are going through a scary situation. I would like to say your fiance clearly needs help, you clearly need help.
If you’re truly tired of relapsing start putting significant time into your sobriety each and every day. A post here, a thought there simply isn’t enough. Attend meetings, go to rehab, come here… do all of it if you can. Build this new foundation one day at a time, your life will improve tremendously. Best wishes, we’re here for you.

That sounds really tough. All I can say, is tough situations require energy, clarity, all the stuff that addiction takes away from you.
