I am at 100 days today …. I feel very proud it’s a whole physical change and psychological change for me. I lost 23 pounds and I have a much better control of my emotions and reactions. It’s a day by day job. If you’re thinking of drinking again, it is so not worth it. I chose to feed the demons with good stuff. Alcohol whispers lies in our ears. Alcohol made my anxiety and depression so much worse. Now I learn to sit with the feelings instead of anesthetizing them.

Woohoo!! That’s so rad! I strive to be in your position. I’m on day one, and the hangxiety is killing me. I just need to take it one day at a time, and keep my motivation going. Thank you for the inspiration!

Congratulations on 100 days so agree with the depression and anxiety, read somewhere cant remember where but it stuck that if you heal one of addiction or mental health it heals the other as it a viscous circle ie you drink cause your depressed then your depressed cause u drink.
