I notice you’ve been a member here since 2018 but only have 28 minutes of read time. I’m not sure what activities you do for sobriety in real life, but if that’s your level of commitment then the results you are getting are to be expected.

I’m just saying that in 4 years on this forum you’ve spent 28 minutes reading on here. Plenty of people have been trying to help you but you don’t bother to read their posts.
You say you like smoking it bcuz it helps you cope. So then I wonder why you are here on TS? I’m not being judgemental or anything. I am actually really curious as to why you are here if you find it to be helpful for u. Im even more curious to know what about smoking weed causes problems for you in ur life? Instead of glorifying weed for all the things you believe it does for you, it may help to focus on what problems it causes for you. I had to remind myself many times of the destruction of drug use. Every time I craved I had to remind myself that I really didn’t need drugs to cope in this messed up world. There are many other healthier ways to cope and to work thru trauma and stress. Many people on here have valid suggestions. But it only works if we choose to work the suggestions wishing u all the best on ur recovery
