I have and the only options really are Gabapentin or Pregablin. I refuse to take such medications after suffering side effects and withdrawals from other anti depressant type medications in the past.

Stay strong and don’t pick up..the good thing about bad days is that they end. Drinking never solved anything for me, it just made me feel guilty after on top of everything else…

I agree, I just hope it’s gets easier sooner rather than later. It’s still early days almost 36 sober, im impatient but beginning to accept it takes time. Thank you.

I too will not take any medications as the side effects are sometimes much worse. We have to keep faith that we are doing the right things and work on healing ourselves naturally. Remember that you are not alone

sometimes things have gotten so hard with the pain for me that all i can do is focus on somethingelse going for a walk stretching praying anything other than the hurt
