Be careful with those mood supplements

I took some mood supplements to help with stress mood and relaxation

It got me a bit dizzy I feel
I took 3 lthine and 2 Gabba early this morning

To be hounest I’m also workingg on cutting back caffeine
I decided with the stress I’ve been having at work I will drink coffee and energy drinks carefully and not quit.
I take medicine every day for mental health
I think it’s the pill hand to mouth effectiveness that I have to be very very careful with. I’m a drunk and a drug addict with the personality

No more mood supplements for me
In the garbage they go

Im with you @Noshame i tried a stress relieving soda and didnt like how it made me feel. Into the trash

I’m actually starting to realize getting high and drunk isn’t fun

I think you are right. Unless prescribed by a doctor, people like us need to feel better the old fashioned way: exercise, sleep, good food, etc. Not random supplements.

I think the tolerance is built quick

I had a similar issue with brain fog getting worse after I tried cutting back on caffeine. It felt like my head was constantly in a cloud and I couldn’t focus on anything for more than 10 minutes. To get past this, I decided to try a few different things and eventually landed on Mind Lab Pro.

It’s tough finding the right balance when your body reacts badly to certain ingredients or when you’re trying to break old habits.

It’s been working pretty well for me so far, mostly because it doesn’t give me that jittery feeling I get from coffee or energy drinks. Might be worth looking into if you want something for clarity without the crash.

Maybe a little of topic here but ive been using ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate for sleep issues for a while now,ashwagandha in the afternoon and magnesium an hr before bed,this combo did help with sleep but I was still waking up 3 or 4 times per night and finding it difficult to get back asleep,a couple of weeks ago I added l theanine to this combo and my sleep has progressively got better since,last night I woke up once turned my pillow over and went straight back asleep.its the first time I havent got out of bed through the night in months.
