Best self help alcohol-related books?

Hello!

I see a lot of folks recommend “Allen Carr” for some of his books on quitting alcohol.

I have that one queued up in my audiobooks and will listen to it soon ( just about to finish The Shining by Stephen King ).

Anyhow, just thought I’d ask if there are any other Must Read books on this topic that would be helpful.

Thanks!

I am just starting “spirit junkie” by gabrielle bernstein. She’s awesome and a recovering addict. I just got it today though, I’ll let you know what I think as I read!

Hey! I love ‘how to quit without feeling sh*t’, it covers addictions from alco to sugar! It can be a little expensive to buy recommended supplements but… I got myself 0% credit card and just went for it. My anxiety is hardly noticeable, i get few hours unbroken sleep and my mood is rather OK! Im into my 9 th day. It offers some advice on exercise and nutrition also! I would highly recomend

How about just sticking to the basics? The big book of Alcoholics Anonymous… the solution is outlined in the first 164 pages of the book!
