Yesterday was not so great, but I didn’t binge on purpose, I genuinely forgot to eat breakfast (arguing with husband) so then my lunch was not enough, dinner was a Costco hotdog, which wasn’t particularly filling either, but as I was home late I didn’t want to make anything (also husband was off work, why didn’t he prepare something to go with the hotdogs?) so I had some nacho chips with salsa and greek yoghurt (thinking at least veg and protein) and then Weetabix, then some left over kids’ snacks. Husband dared to comment I was eating a lot, so I told him I didn’t need his commentary. Learnt the lesson that I need to make a proper meal at night. But at least I didn’t go completely off the rails and there were some nutrients in there.

Some days are like that. They are not perfect, but also not a desaster. Well done on setting boundaries on unsolicited commentary :+1:

I agree with the ladies :backhand_index_pointing_up:t3: I think we can’t have every day aligned perfectly when everything goes like we wish. There are situations influencing our flow and we need to be flexible to adjust, otherwise we would get mad. So you’re doing very well :raising_hands:t3: Sorry you argued with your husband and hope that it will calm down and you two will be good soon again and supportive of each other :four_leaf_clover:
