Boredom was my number one downfall, rspecially on my weekends off of work. Keep yourself busy, try a new hobby. My last job i was an hourly employee, so i just picked up so much overtime that i worked every day. This would fight with the days alone and bored. Killed the urge to drink, also it helps if your a workaholic lol
