In the article it says he had one serving of oatmeal, an egg and some water before he starts. I think it says a lot of water. That little food so he doesnt’ have to go to the bathroom. Uses 4000 plus kilocalories, sounds crazy… Happy for him he can do it

What what? Yeah!!! That’s so awesome. We will be in beast mode together!! I converted my living room into a gym. One of the many perks of my newly single life. I can do what the hell I want!!!

@Alisa indeedy! It was because the bottoms of the board was touching. Still balancing laterally though. I’ll try video it again soon. Making the gif took way longer than the push-ups did haha

I was running behind today and wasn’t going to plank. Then because of you guys I decided to get my behind planking after my walk. 2 minutes.
