Day 11 done! Earlier today. I finished strong with a tiny nap on the floor
Haven’t managed to do the whole 1min 30secs for today (12th July here) as I seem to run out of steam at 1 minute! So I have instead done several 1 minute planks. Will see if I can make a comeback after the rest day!
Day 12 done.
Was gutted to see that today was 1 minute 30 seconds. That’s a big leap. Almost big enough to make me not want to try it.
Finally plucked up the courage, and 90 seconds of trembling, twitching and quivering later, I made it. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.

Day 12. ouch.
Day 12… ahem … I did it in two parts. One long one and one short one. I thought about taking a rest day today and doing it tomorrow, that might’ve been the better choice. I am getting stronger from the planks and that is what is important.
Day 12! Done.
We’re almost halfway there, gang! And hey, even if you (we, I, etc) can’t make the full time each day in one sitting, er, planking - I still say showing up and putting in a solid effort, second by second, wins the race!

Gak, am I glad I only have to bake gif-cakes! You know I failed most of home-ec and I’m celiac, right? But hey, if I can plank for 5 mins by the end of this, surely I can take on new challenges!
