I’m switching my plank time to evenings mid-workout when I’m nice and warm
I’m usually stiff and dead in the morning. I guess I could always do it after my stretch. I don’t know. I’m babbling haha

Did day 16.
Did it in two one minute parts to prevent hurting myself. It’ll have to do for now.

I’m not going to lie: I’m going to aim for holding 2 mins with good form. I’m finding my form gets, er, compromised, and I don’t want to invite any back troubles. After 2 mins I’ll take breaks and add some intervals (15 secs, etc), with child’s pose in between. Of course, if something miraculously changes and I wake up tomorrow with a 5 min plank in me, well hell yeah!
I think the problem is that you somehow chill too much the first 2 weeks and then it increases by 30 sec very 3 days. I am still on my hands but think this will be hard for 5 min

I was stable with good form.
Day 16 done with a couple of stomach to the ground moments!
Day 17 done in two more 1 minute installments.
All on track so far, but 2:30 might be a stretch. I’m feeling it now for sure
I am aiming for 2 minutes then will drop to my knees for 15, then up again for the last 15. That’s the plan. For LATER!
