I stayed focused on my health n wellness n sobriety. Sticking to eating healthy bike riding, canoeing ,etc… Yesterday more showed up ,1/2 gallons of liq ,cases of beer etc. People in the past years I partied big with. No thanks. I’m good. As I headed home. Up 7 am at the gym. High on life.

These are my favorite and so much fun, but I never timed how long I could do it. Pretty sure it ain’t 2.5 - 5 minutes

I find up downs make it easier and yes I am. Was thinking to do a plank routine for the 5 min… little side plank, starfish… I mean 5 min front plank is kind of dry.
That’s actually a good idea. The time would go way faster. I was doing oblique hip dips
I mean it’s not cheating because we are adding difficulty, right??

I think we should ask the plank panel.
I have been known to find loop holes in everything.
