For those new to planking, know that you can do straight arm or forearm planks. Everyone usually has their own preference and both are good. Also, form is as shown (tho you may not be smiling!). Tighten your core (tummy) and / or glutes (ass) for more stability. If you are a veteran planker, you could add in up / downs. Other tips…
Wearing shoes helps your grip (as opposed to bare feet or socks).
As time gets longer, reading can be helpful to keep your mind occupied.
Engage your core.
If you need to, downdog it for a second (no shame)
Engage your core even more
Go at your own pace, if you need to stick to 1 minute once you build up, no shame, do what works for YOU.
Take it one day at a time.
As long as there’s no audio. After about a minute the F bombs start launching.
And if I get back to my 2 minutes Im stopping right there full of satisfaction

I printed out the sheet and I’m ready for day 1 tomorrow. I do a lot of push-ups and planks, so I’m all like “piece of cake”. Then I saw the 5 minutes
