Day #1 DONE!
Day 1 I may have gone over 20 seconds.

No reading this time. I only read once it gets up to 3 minutes (aka the gates of hell). I have been doing this awhile, everyone needs to find what works for them. Reading works for me.
Day 1 sober plank DONE!
Team TS is crushing it!
Was contemplating a sober plank selfie, but that just sounds like bad plank form at best and an embarrassing injury at worst!
Onward. One day at a time.

I thought about doing the plank challenge, and given it’s the thought that counts I’m pretty much done.
Might even think about it twice a day and really feel the burn for max gains.
I enjoy doing it cuz a couple of years back this old grannie kicked a teenagers ass. It’s the little things.
I agree. And planking really is good.
Used to do it religiously, but did get increasingly bored. LoL
Once I hit the 6m 45s mark I was done.
Planks are now incorporated into my push up routine.
Not sure I should be playing or not. But I did my plank again today

I had one year where I actually felt solid at 5 minutes. But over these past couple of years, not so much. I got there, but it wasn’t pretty. I miss my fitness classes for sure.

You can count me in. It’s been awhile but in the past I’ve been able to do a 5 min plank.
Creative. I’ve also seen people doing push ups. Again, that’s a no.

Holy moly! I’m hoping to actually get to 5 mins this time! Didn’t get there in January…
About 4 years ago I could do all kinds of plank variations… one limb off floor for 30 secs at a time (rotating for all 4 limbs) without compromising form, one arm plank push ups, etc. Alas, I finished off my workouts with a bottle o’ bubbly…
Now? I’m shaking like leaf after 30 secs and stone-cold-sober, but I’ll take that any day!
Just like sober muscles, you build em up again with practice!!
