But I will say this, I have had multiple rotator cuff injuries and hip problems for a long time,
When I started working out again, both of them showed serious improvements, my shoulder doesn’t sound like Rice Krispies anymore, and my hip isn’t telling me I’m an old man due for a replacement soon.
Let’s hope your PT calls it a go
They did not call it a go. I tore my ac ligaments, had a grade 4 ac separation, tore rotator cuff and torn labrum. I’m 4 months post op. But I’ll be around for the next one. Maybe we can do a squat hold challenge next month. I can participate in that one!
