I was looking for ideas. And there are a few. So we can do a wall sit hold for time like the plank challenge it increases (I vote this one) the others I found are x amount a day and the numbers get pretty high at the end of the month.

Did you skip it intentionally and jump right to the big challenge (second column)?? I am inclined to repeat the first column instead of moving to the second.
