Oh man. Been there and done that! For 14 LONG years. It’s a hell of a process, work on yourself because the healing will be needed for a long time after-even when and where you least expect it. When a new man comes along, you may take him down in the recovery process if you’re not truly ready for it so just work on you and take lots of time to heal. Wish you tons of luck on your journey!!

I’ve gone through this kind of abuse too, but it was my dad who was the narcissistic person in my family. 2016 I was strong enough to answer back and discuss some things I don’t want to hear from him again and again. Since that day the contact between us stopped.
So many shitty things happened back then phew…thanks God I woke up and stopped him keeping on poisoning my mind.
