Unfortunately for me I’m out of the challenge at least for a few days. Not sure what I did but I have some swelling in my elbow and can’t fully extend my arm without pain and I can’t bring my hand to my shoulder either

It is that elbow! I’m guessing I over used my arm or something along those lines. Yesterdays workout was arm heavy but it wasn’t bothering me when I went to bed. I woke in the night to the pain 
Day 14 done. I will read a bit and then we Yoga. I almost bought booze when I came home so this is not a good sign…
@Runningfree Jennifer, hope it’s not some ligaments or tendons or capsules. Takes longer than muscles. So let’s hope it’s only muscles.

Yoga sounds nice! I did hot yoga once. It felt very cleansing
I took some naproxen with breakfast. It’s super tender and sore but I have a bit more mobility than earlier. Just gonna have to take it easy for a bit

Yeah, I am somehow glad I didn’t give in and come here. My friend just answered me that it won’t make it easier. Thing is that we all know that and it doesn’t help to hear that for me at the moment. Bc this isn’t the f** problem. I am the problem.

I was hesitant to do the Burpees today but it came over me. So I finished them, slowly.

A lot less swollen but still tender and sore. I think I’ll be fine. I’m gonna do squats in place of the burpees today

Hello ladies! Just checking in and letting you know that I finally didn’t bring up the discipline… I’ve been on my trip to Gran Canaria for 2 days, and I’ve been visiting the island, making excursions etc… my watch marks 20.000 steps, so I’m skipping the burpees until I’m back home!

Day 17- 40 weighted squats
@Jesile I think I’m gonna live lol still a small amount of swelling and tenderness but I’ve gotten mobility back so that’s good.
What about jumping squats. I hate them but they are good.

Day 17 done. I must let it out. I must admit that the possible war here, not far away scares me. It scares me and I am grateful no matter how one can see politics,we lived in peace for such a long time. Rant over.
I’ve been following it but that’s totally different than being so close. It very understandable to be scared.
