Youre supposed to use eggs to make pancakes? I always used the box mix with water? Is there like powdered eggs in the mix? Im so confused now. Ive always felt my pancakes came out good. Now I feel like Ive been making them wrong my whole life! Do people really make the batter with eggs??

I mix eggs, plain flour and milk to make mine.

Yeah…the just add water stuff usually does not have eggs in it but other stuff to hold it together. The regular mixes require adding eggs.
I don’t have any photos but cake is definitely my weakness. Can pretty much never turn it down. My waistline since stopping drinking has grown. Just about time to cut out sweets as well as alcohol. My self esteem is taking a hit. This is the most I’ve ever weighed in my life.

I think if you read around, a lot of people gain a little to start with, dont be to hard on yourself, your body and mind are going through big changes, very positive ones.

Yeah, cheesecake is obviously a pie. It’s a misnomer. You can like cake. It’s alright. Being wrong is okay sometimes. I’ll forgive you for your not liking pie, which is in every way better than cake, just this once.
