Cannot access account on new phone

Just got a new phone, this app is saying my browser is unsupported and therefore will not allow me to log in.

I’m using Brave (have always used it).

Brave is on the list of sorted browsers. I even tried redownloading brave. But no avail it will not let me log in.

Any help with this? It would be a shame to lose three years of interaction on here.

I’m not familiar with that browser. Can you access through the sober time app?

I’m trying to use the app, but when trying to log into the account it says “unsupported browser”

I had no help, noone replied, no response.

…but then for some reason it has worked today.

Who knows.

Disheartening

I use Brave on mobile and iPad and have not had an issue with it being unsupported.
It’s odd to be sure, and I guess you have no idea if anything changed between yesterday and today? Do you use a vpn, or had privacy settings in brave which might have prevented it from running certain scripts or loading content? It may have been trying to block things server side which would throw an error.

Good that it’s working now, but always nice to know why something didn’t work.
