CBD supplement experiences?

Recently on day 2 of using CBD oil. Mainly for anxiety. Just wanted to get some other user’s experience on using this supplement. Thanks.

You drink them as a tea or something?

Only on day 2. So far no bad reaction. I got a minimum dosage. Maybe I’ll take it twice a day.

It’s an 8ml dose. It’s not full spectrum though, it’s Isolate. Zero THC. I hear good things about full spectrum though.

I really want to try CBD for anxiety. I just Havnt been assertive about getting it. Let me know how that goes please! Have an awesome day!!

I’ve just finished a month of 10mg Isolate. I was using it for nerve pain after several back injuries. I cant really say that it helped much. May try again at a higher dosage.

Isolate has only CBD with zero THC. Broad spectrum CBD has different derivatives and less than .3 THC. I’ve checked out vids online that praise the broad spectrum over the isolate. That may be my next bottle.

I haven’t found that CBD in an isolated form does anything for me in any aspect. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work for others though.

Not a doctor here so don’t take this as advice but magnesium glycinate supplements help waaay more for my anxiety than ingested CBD ever did. Maybe something worth asking your doctor about.

I cant find any info that guarantees full spectrum wont ding me on a drug test. Since I kinda like my job I have to stay away from it.
