-Unbalanced loyalty (fighting battles that have nothing to do with me because of protection to friends and family)

  • Supportive Loyalty (being a listening ear and staying on my side of the street instead of running the show)
-Resentments (carrying around a grudge and playing with it for awhile)
+Forgiving (even if I don’t get an aplogy, I but that resentment down and release it for my own well-being)
-Negative attitude (judgment, anger, toxic thoughts, victim mentality, blame)
+Accountability (I’m responsible for my own thoughts and actions. Negativity is lazy and draining. Positive outlook changes my perception)
-Fear of others opinions (attitude I saying, acting, thinking, being the way others want me to? Insecure, low self-esteem, wearing a mask)
+Authenticity (being honest and real, not consumed by the opinions of others, being content with my true self, not being fake, facing instead of fear)
-Stubborn (want my way, not open-minded, running the show, selfishness)
+Stubborn (not giving up, walking through difficulties without numbing out, setting boundaries, having discipline, being accountable, releasing toxic people and situations)

To the outside still basically the same I just dont drink. I was always a happy drunk outwardly but deep down did not so feel so good and battling to work

Shit, this one is hard.
Let me see

-I use my over confidence to help me sell jobs and keep my business running.

  • I use my impatience to make necessary changes to my shop, which is always improving now that I’m sober.
-I also use my stubbornness to make sure things get done on time.
-I use my lone wolf personality to better myself and make healthier changes from how I eat to keeping up with my workouts or enjoying nature. Making sure my mind is cleared. That way when I do see my friends I feel recharged and not as restless.

Things Im working on

-Being Tactless, Im sometimes too honest without a filter and being sober I see the reprocussions of that alot more than when I was drinking which leads me to my next one
-Being unforgiving. I have a problem with cutting people off after they mess up once or do something I dont like.Im working hard on that, and now give people another chance which is really hard for me but its progress.
-Arrogance I tend to feel like I cant be wrong about anything and am always overconfident, in any situation and dont back down, Im working on that any trying to see things from another perspective.

Thats the best I can come up with for now.
