I need something to hold myself responsible, I feel my life slipping away to addiction once again…I have now lost 15 years of my life to my gambling addiction. It’s reared its tortuous head once again. I can’t let my family and loved ones down like I have in the past, not again after they believed in me.
Today I’m going to change for the better, forever. But for now, let’s start with one day at a time.

Do you have supports in place? I know how hard gambling addiction is to over come, its not something you should attempt alone.
