I’m sitting on my couch, munch banana pancakes and watch documentaries :vulcan_salute: Outside it’s raining and FINALLY temperatures went down :pray:
I am really looking forward to fall season :sweat_smile: Colourful trees and wearing scarfes and cozy sweaters. My month :heart_eyes::heart:
Something strange happened, I didn’t tell anyone yet bc I don’t want ppl think I’m crazy. It happens that I know things before they happen. @anon44659383 some days ago we talked about beeing virgo-ish and I didn’t know what planet it is that controlls us. I did not google it and usually I’m not really interested in this. I saw you reply to me, clicked it and thought “Mercury”. And you wrote Mercury.
And such crazy stuff keeps on happening.
Ok…need more pancakes now :drooling_face:

My butt is wearing a dent in my sofa. I just got through the original 5 seasons of Cold Feet.
Is there a way to do cardio if you can’t walk?
I’m friggin’ festering here. Ugh.

Day 236. I am spending the day with my Mom. Since we lost my Dad a little over a year ago my time with her is even more precious to me. A few years ago while I was struggling over past events they gave me a copy of my favorite childhood book, Charlotte’s Web writing this priceless inscription to me on the inside cover “Remember the past but always look to the future. Love Mommy and Daddy.”:tulip:

As for swimming, I don’t have access to a pool. And with my knee as it is, even getting into a pool would be iffy, and the mild pressure of kicking my leg to swim would be too painful.
But boy, it sounds good!

Checking in day 6. Having cravings this weekend, but i realize I’m not capable of just having one or two drinks. It would turn into twelve+ and i would be mad at myself and feel sick the next day. So, what’s the point… going to take it out on the treadmill and clean like a mad woman. Hope you are all well. Very thankful for all the positive vibes here :sunflower: :heart::green_heart::blue_heart:

I love sobriety. I love who I am sober. That work out almost killed me lol but I’d prefer almost dying pushing my physical limit than dying from alcohol poisoning.
