1 september today! I’m in the same month of were my sober date is. Today I can say: in this month I’m gonna be 1 year sober!
Today is nothing different then that 18 september. It’s just another 24 houres sober. But I really like the sound of it: one year sober.
It means I did all things sober for one time. All birthdays, bbq’s, festivals, concerts, Christmas, holiday, etc. If I can do all that sober for one year, I can do all that sober again

- There’s been a nice vibe around here lately, a lot of really deep posts and shares. I’m really grateful to be apart of something like this.
Had a weird twinge of craving come up earlier while on the phone speaking of sobriety. Didn’t like it and it’s still on my mind, So here’s a generic list of reminders I found on the internet that help a little:

Checkin in on day 6. FINALLY slept like a baby last night and so did my baby LOL so that helped. Finally feeling good waking up this morning. Awesome job to everyone on here with high numbers and big milestones, you are all truly an inspiration

60 days, had a lovely day taking the little one the cinema to see Dora the explorer with the missus yesterday and fresh & fine for today, pain popping pills free with yoga & meditation for my release/relaxation
