Day 120! Today is my 24th birthday!
I feel happy about that. The first birthday I won’t celebrate with alcohol. Strange feeling… Instead of a bottle I’m cooking a nice steak dinner tonight. That’s better than tomorrow’s hangover!

Hello my fellow forum Brother and sisters.
Checking in, still fromout the hospital and enduring lots of pain but now i just have 2 stay til my bowels start up again. The old scar re-opened was quite a thing but im good and wel. Turned down the opioïds and made a switch to medical ketamine becouse of my history.

I’ve moved onto eating shit loads of fruit, it has its own natural sugars especially grapes, I’ve also now got an arse like sand paper but you can’t win em all.

Starting my journey again, struggling at moment with childminding, covid restrictions etc. Was feeling tempted to drink today, but an antabuse tablet has relieved the pressure. Also checking in here has been a great help
