Checking in Daily to maintain focus #13

:astonished: Oh gosh, and I was worried for the wildboars across our fields when we where out walking earlier this weekend. Theyā€™re in our backyard sometimes too but itā€™s rare. Most often we just have roe deers that eats all the flowers and sometimes in the fall a moose. I would probably faint if there was a bear that close.

Ughh. Nothing worse than a bonk. Iā€™m trying to eat better in order to avoid it. Iā€™m always open for dietary suggestions.

I eat bananas and raisins. I try to eat cheap natural stuff and not expensive sugar gel packets. I use gels in bigger races, fondos, etc.

Congratulations to one year and a day

If you want to I can do dream interpretation, itā€™s not really scientifically for what I know but I still now how to.
Besides that I also have bad nightmares from time to time, some past sequences are playing up again in dreams. The bad part is that I know exactly whatā€™s going to happened but I canā€™t escape it. And it usually gets like that when someone have bringing it up or when Iā€™m not really balanced at the moment. Sometimes it helps having someone to talk to, and sometimes it helps just writing it down, even if you throw the paper away after.

Ps. My kids donā€™t eat Jell-O and I surely donā€™t either. Itā€™s not a common thing in Sweden and first time we tried it was a few years ago during a visit in America, I never had the courage to try before that, and I will most likely never do it again. It was so strange just eating a sweet cold jiggling slimy thing :joy: didnā€™t now if I should swallow it, chew it or spit it out, so I just froze.

255 Days. My week days are getting busier between work and family, reducing my TS time. I finally got caught up reading this thread today and Iā€™m so proud of everyoneā€™s progress. The Tuesday TS zoom meet up was just what I needed to break up the week. It was great meeting some of the people from here.

:clap::clap: So proud of you!!! I wanted to respond to your last post, I was thinking of it today. I HATE being the new guy, uncertainty, and lack of confidence at workā€¦ it will come in time!! But it may never come if you let alcohol take the wheelā€¦ believe me! Everything you were saying so glad you conquered it!! :raised_hands:

Lol! I feel you on that one! I had a 4 year old and 2.5 year old come over today and I started cleaning my house like crazy! Bahaha the 4 year old asked me why I was cleaning my house. Then I thought they were judging me about my brand of popsiclesā€¦ :joy: So happy to see you progressing with the running!!
