261 Days. I haven’t been a good place mentally lately. I’m noticing how I stop connecting with my support networks when life gets tough. I need to change this immediately or I’ll wind up back at day one. I took the 1st step this morning by jumping on an AA zoom meeting thanks to the help of @crystalclear. I’m going to make a conscious effort to reach out more and get back to posting daily.

I went to the 24 hour stop and rob medical clinic down from my house. They did some dark room light thing and asked questions. I had to touch my nose, etc. They said my reactions were normal. They said to contact my primary care doctor on Monday. I will receive a ginormous bill a year from now after my visit (the wonderful US medical system).

Thank you all for your concern!!!

Always wear a helmet!!!
If you have kids put a helmet on them first and then put yours on.

Really and truly I feel like I did after every Friday night football game I played. You have your bell rung over and over and you have a weird lightheaded thing for a couple of days. I experienced this every week in high school during the football season. You would see stars and get your vision back in time to do the next play. This would happen 1-2 times per game with helmet to helmet contact. I forgot that feeling until today. I would have people talk to me after games and remember none of it. Without knowing it I’ve had a lot of experience with concussions. Luckily more is known now.

What is my point? Don’t let your kids play football and always wear a helmet.

Wow. This give me some thoughts. I never worn helmet. Looking at the picture for sure you are lucky you had one covering your head.

Eighteenth day sober spent relaxing at work.
Since I am sober I do apreaciet everything what I’ve got and achieved in my life. Me drunk was hating or indifferent to everything around me.
Just now realised I am learning new life.

Have a great weekend everyone.
