this is great not good
Awesome thank you very much Paul I really appreciate that!!!
Great job way to go
1st Puzzle half way done.
Wood whittling and painting too. Lol
You remembered. Too funny. Today watched a few shows on Amazon Prime. Walked. Meditated. Enjoy the warmth. We have about a foot of snow coming tomorrow into Thursday.
Thanks my friend
Crazy to think I’m only one week away from one month of sobriety. In some weird way, the time has flown by even though some of the days seem to crawl. Had a great day living my new and better life. So thankful for everything I have and the way everything is slowly improving. Looking forward to another day living the sober dream tomorrow.
It’s Monday night in America and alcohol still sucks.
That’s awesome. Congrats on 185 days. That’s huge! Keep it up my friend!
Today is day 474 for me. I’m truly blessed. Blessed for this forum, and each and every one of you and your stories is what really pushed me thru. If I can do this, anyone can do this! God bless,
Day 79. Lots of people doing great things here! @FeelingBetter, @Charlie_C, @Dee134, congratulations on 30 days! That’s so awesome!
@Nordique, congratulations on six months! @Rockstar24777, yay for 185 days! I hope you’re feeling a bit better on day two after your surgery.
Congratulations on 6 months!!!
Day 136 Drugs n Booze
Day 85 S.A
Day 1 no cigs
I’ve been quietly kicking myself for having a packet of cigrettes but after sitting down and thinking of all the other temptations of drugs, booze and even sex. I’m just gonna stop stressing about it and reset the counter and try again. It can be GOD dam hard to live in a place where there is most certainly going to be a shop open at 12pm at night… And the fight in my brain is at fuck it level!!!
So its been 24 hours and I’m so glad I live alone and jeeezzzz im a bitch and a grumpy cow after not having nicotine for 24 hours!!!
@Nordique 6 months what an achievement…
I love to see people stacking up those days free from our addiction.
So I’m chasing away the Danni that’s kicking herself… I’m still fighting my DOC!
The holidays can be tough but drinking won’t make them better. We only stay sober for today… yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn’t promised.
Day 22. I had a good reminder that we choose sobriety for ourselves, not really for anyone else. I was at the market and I usually always grab a bottle, or some beer. I told my wife I haven’t bought beer in 3 weeks and no one has noticed. “That’s your goal, no one else’s dear…” She is truly correct there lol.
Hey, nice to see you, Beth!! I’m right behind you at 196 days.
Great to see you and great to see that number
Glad to see you check in! What a great number! Hope you’re doing well.
